Our Process - beyond your design
Magnitude Building Design is able to provide you with all the required drafting services, from our initial consultation through to your final design, along with organizing all permit applications. This includes site visits and ensuring your project complies with building and council regulations. Our key focus is on designing new residential homes, as well as alterations and additions to existing homes, unit developments & factories.
No two clients are the same and therefore, no two designs should be the same. After our initial consult, my concept sketches and designs are made custom for you. Whether your project is big or small, the process should be stress-free; and the final design should be clever while also suiting your needs, and budget.

I am a registered designer, holding an Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural) and with over a decade of experience. As a building designer, I take pride in every design, as I understand that your home is something special. I offer exceptional service and innovative designs, completed in a timely manner.
